OH MAN, these guys are great! I wish I had a fraction of the enthusiasm about moving as these guys do - actually, no I don't ... I hate moving furniture. But still, they showed up on time and were an absolute treat to deal with. Steve is incredibly polite and kind; a pleasure. One of the hardest things to find in the world is not lovers. It's movers. Awesome movers. I've found mine. And you will too when you hire these guys. ARMS is like finding that trustworthy mechanic you thought didn't exist. Or the honest lawyer that jumps on a hand grenade for you and says, "that one's on me. Get me next time." Or perhaps the previously never-seen-in-the-wild contractor who actually does an amazing job at ridiculously low prices. As everyone needs a great mechanic, lawyer and contractor, at some point you're going to need a mover. When you do, you will call one company. And one only. If it's not ARMS, you're not getting the best. And isn't that what we want? Yes. Yes it is. Especially when the best costs literally half as much as mediocre. Steve came through in a pinch on a custom job and we could not be happier. He'll be my only call next time.

Hired ARMS off a referral from a friend, and damn was I glad I did. They showed up promptly on time and began moving my items into their truck. They never seemed to slow down, never milking the clock. I barely beat them to my new place in Tucson before they arrived as well. They were always professional and very reasonably costed. We needed a 300 pound item moved up a flight of stairs and the team at ARMS gave us a very reasonable quote that was cheaper than many other movers in the Valley area. These guys are extremely professional, friendly, easy going, and FAST. They showed up a few minutes early and got straight to work. They put down padding to ensure the floor wouldn't get any scrapes etc, and treated our stuff very respectfully. Everything from booking the appointment to getting our belongings moved was an excellent experience. ARMS has definitely secured us as a future customer for all our moving needs. These guys were the best!!! They showed up on time, explained everything in detail, and never ever slacked off. We moved my elderly parents and they were very polite and good to them. Nothing was damaged and they set everything up for us as we wanted it. I would highly recommend them for any moving you need done......not only are they great, but they were 1/2 the price that the other movers in the area were. Thanks Steve, you made this exhausting move I little more tolerable.

I couldn't be more impressed with this company. I was in a JAM when another moving company left me to finish half of a 26 ft uhaul on my own. I must have called 20 moving companies in a panic and not only did they understand my situation but they didn't take advantage of the fact that I had NO OTHER choice but to hire them, but WOW I'm glad I did. The movers were angels! I will be hiring this company again and referring everyone I know!

These guys were life savers for my move. They showed up on time, prepared, knowing what to do every second. There was three of them, two moved and the other loaded the uhaul. I’ve been telling everyone how helpful it was to have these guys I would recommend them to anyone. I found ARMS through Yelp and was able to connect with Steve on my first call. He remained extremely responsive throughout and scheduled a move with me quickly. I had a super heavy and bulky treadmill and a grill to move & they graciously disassembled the treadmill when we realized it wouldn’t fit through my doorway. Both gentlemen were very careful to keep track of all the screws, bolts, etc. and didn’t even charge extra for the surprise disassembly. They were mindful of my home and personal belongings and were great with my dogs being there and as personable as can be. As a solo woman during the move, I felt completely safe and in good hands during the whole process and the price was extremely affordable and fair. 10/10 recommend! Thank you so much, Steve & Team!

ARMS was referred to us by our son who has used them twice before. My husband and I are older and we booked them to unload our POD. They were polite, prompt, efficient and very attentive. Adrian and Mark took care of us like we were their parents. They went above and beyond to help us. We were so appreciative! Their rates were also very affordable when considering the value and care we received.

I was happy to find ARMS from the recommendations. Steve and his team (Adrian, Mark, Tom and Nate) were all excellent. I moved a big 2 story house and I priced out a lot of companies and ARMS pricing was the best with excellent reviews. I was really happy at the end of the day that there was no surprise costs being added on. I was lucky to find them and I will be recommending them to others.

I've worked with several moving companies over the years and A.R.M.S. far and away surpasses them all. They made my moving experience very easy. Steve and his crew were awesome! He was able to squeeze me in on late notice - great details on the charges, which are very reasonable! I have a few pieces that are 30+ years old, and they were more than gentle and accommodating with them (I am a nervous wreck any time someone touches them. Turned out I was missing hardware for my table, and Steve was so wonderful - he had just what I needed, and put my table together without me asking, as well as without me knowing. ARMS will definitely be on my referral list for anyone looking for great movers.
